1. The short version

We collect what we need to write your program and to take payment. We do not sell your data, we do not run advertising, and there are no third-party analytics or tracking scripts anywhere in this app.

2. What we collect

Your account: name, email address, and your Telegram username if you sign in that way. Interface language and preferred contact method.

Your intake answers, which include health information: training history, goals, injuries, medical conditions, medications, allergies, sleep, and stress. We ask for these because a program written without them can hurt you.

Progress photos, if you choose to upload them. These are optional.

Payment receipts, including whatever appears in the image or reference you upload.

Technical data: your IP address when you sign in or request a password reset, and your browser's user-agent for your active sessions. We keep this to detect account abuse, not to profile you.

We do not collect location, contacts, or anything from your device beyond the above.

3. Why we can hold health information

You give it to us deliberately so that we can write a program that is safe for you. That is the only purpose we use it for. You can decline to answer any intake question — but if you leave out an injury or a condition, we may not be able to write a program for you safely, and we would rather decline than guess.

4. Who can see it

  • Your coach. Your program cannot be written otherwise.
  • Assistant coaches, if we have them, see what they need to write your

program: your goals, training history, injuries and screening answers. They do not see your contact details, your medications, your photos, or your payment information.

  • Nobody else. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or

any third party for their own purposes.

5. Where it lives

Our server is in Germany, operated by Hetzner. Backups are encrypted and stored separately. If you are in Iran, this means your data leaves the country; if you are in the EU, it stays within it.

We use Anthropic's Claude API to help draft programs. Your intake answers are sent to that API for this purpose. They are not used to train models. We do not send your name, email, photos or payment details.

If you sign in with Telegram, Telegram knows you use this app, in the same way it would for any site you sign in to.

6. How long we keep it

  • Your account and programs: while your account is open, and for two years

afterwards, so that a returning client's history still means something.

  • Payment records: seven years, because tax rules require it.
  • Progress photos: until you delete them, or until your account is deleted.
  • Password reset links: one hour.
  • Error logs: these never contain your intake answers, your password, or

anything from a form you submitted.

7. What you can ask us to do

Email samsobati@gmail.com and we will:

  • Send you a copy of everything we hold about you.
  • Correct anything wrong.
  • Delete your account and data. We will keep only payment records where the

law requires, and we will tell you exactly what was kept and why.

  • Stop contacting you, while keeping your account.

We will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

8. Cookies

We use cookies for signing you in, keeping your language choice, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. That is all — there are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to dismiss.

9. Children

This service is for adults. We do not knowingly write programs for anyone under 16. If you are under 18, we need a parent or guardian's involvement.

10. If something goes wrong

If your data is exposed in a way that puts you at risk, we will tell you directly and promptly, and tell you what to do about it.
